Each piece of jewelry is individually handmade to order, many of them using natural materials. Slight variations of color, size, shape and design are to be expected as normal properties of these organic materials and contribute to the unique beauty of each piece.
Our website operates as a catalog. You may also order by telephone at 212-244-4433 Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Minimum quantities for certain items are indicated on each item’s page, next to the price. No orders for less than $250 will be accepted. Exceptions can be arranged via email or phone.

All our jewelry is custom made for your order. We will begin processing your order within one business day. Please allow for three weeks for delivery, unless otherwise requested. We will do our best to ship as soon as possible! Please call or e-mail if you need a rush on your order, additional fees may apply. You may request a later ship date by by adding a note to your order at checkout.

Our website currently accepts Net30 transactions. At checkout, you will be given an invoice. You will not be asked to make a payment immediately. After we receive your order, we will reach out to you with payment instructions. By default, we will accept most major credit cards. Other terms of payment must be negotiated.

Shipping costs will be added based on our specially negotiated UPS shipping and insurance rates. These will be added to your invoice after your order has been weighed.

Our website is safe and secure, and will someday soon accept credit card, PayPal. Customers can also order by telephone at 1-212-244-4433 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Wholesale buyers do not have to pay sales tax.

Any and all claims must be made within 15 days of receipt.
Because all items are custom made for your order, we do not accept returns.
Exchanges will be made on damaged or defective products, up to 15 days after receipt for any reason as long as the jewelry is returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the shipping box is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse it and notify us via e-mail immediately or telephone at 212-244-4433.
Please include the following information with the return:-Your Name, address, email, phone number and order number-Request either Refund or Exchange-Reason for Refund or Exchange-If Exchange include new size / item (exchange only for equal or lesser value)

In addition to insuring your return, all packages must be sent with tracking and delivery confirmation. Should our Returns Dept not receive your return, we will not be able to issue a credit.Credits on returns will be issued on the price of the merchandise and any sales tax, if applicable. Shipping is not refundable. Exchanges will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged to ship any requested items.
If your package is returned to us as non-deliverable by UPS (US domestic orders only) or returned after 3 delivery attempts, it will be treated as a return. Shipping will be charged again upon the request of an order reshipment.
